IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

There is no minimum order size! We are happy to help you with whatever you need for your event, no matter the amount!

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

Each rental price is for an 8 hour rental. The only exception to this is our laser tag guns/arena, which are for 4 hours! 

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We can accept reservations up to one week before an event! It's always better to reserve early to ensure the items you want are available. 

 

ARE DAMAGE WAIVERS REQUIRED?

Yes! All of our rentals will have an additional charge for the damage waiver. The only exception is our laser tag arena, since we will have an attendant present! 

 

WHERE CAN I FIND CHAIRS AND OTHER EVENT ITEMS?

Visit our other website, signature-rental.com! We have lots of other party items like tables, chairs, and even tents! 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

To confirm your order, we require a 25% nonrefundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event begins.
